PUPPY APPLICATION

SPAY/NEUTER: We require spay/neuter at or before 6 months, unless a vet says otherwise. 

Must be written from a vet and confirmed with us.  A certificate with proof should be sent to us within 14 days after the procedure. Sadly, many well-intentioned folks don't remember to spay before the first heat cycle and dogs become pregnant with different mixed dog breeds. To avoid this puppies must be de-sexed unless you are under a guardian home agreement.

Our puppies are sold as companion dogs. If you are interested in any of our breeding dogs please contact us. This contract is a No breeding contract. If your dog has not been neutered or spayed within six months of age pick-up from our home, this entire guarantee will be null and void. A claim with court might be filed and a penalty of $12,000. Our breeding dogs will only go to an approved homes.

We want to ensure all offspring are the result of responsible breeding procedures and breeding dogs can be very expensive

If you make a deposit, you are committing to take a puppy from the litter, regardless of whether your gender/color preference is available. We try our best to go by your application preference's, but not guaranteed. Deposits are not refundable. You can transfer your deposit to our next litter. We must know before the puppies are 6 weeks of age, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited and applied to applied to finding the puppy another home.

Payment Plan must be first approved.

Payment plan: A Full payment must be received within 2 months after puppy goes home. 

Puppy comes with: 1 Parvo Vaccine and dewormed. You must make an appointment with the vet for the second Parvo booster. We will give you a folder with vaccine and deworming dates. Please show that to your vet. Our puppies also come with a two year guarantee against life threatening genetic defects. We do not pay any vet fees.

You must have written diagnosis by your vet with proof of lab testing and x-rays will be required. OFA Results proving signs of hip dysplasia must be available for all hip guarantees.

We do not pay any vet fees. A refund of half the purchase of the puppy price or the choice of a replacement puppy would be offered, if we are still breeding. Both parents have been tested before breeding.
